Looks great! What else do we need to plan for?

Great question! The true beauty of The Apolonia-On-Main lies in its flexibility. We designed it to provide a versatile foundation and thoughtful framework that allows you to craft an experience tailored to your unique vision, needs, desires and budget.

Every wedding is unique—some couples prefer a lavish, extravagant celebration, while others opt for a simple yet elegant affair. No matter your style, here are the essential elements you'll need to plan your special day:

Our Vendors We Love can help you plan a wedding that truly reflects your style and budget.

  • Catering: Choose from our Caterers We Love to find one who fits your style (buffet, plated, stations). Please note that your caterer should include wait staff & cleaning staff.

  • Florist: Why stress over floral arrangements when you can have a wedding florist right on-site? Fifty Seven Bloom Co., an independent floral design specialist, is conveniently located within the Apolonia building—bringing expert, personalized service just steps away from your venue. See our Vendors We Love list for more outstanding floral designers.

  • Cake/Dessert: Coordinate with a baker or dessert vendor. Or, consider a “Family Favorites” treat table instead of a large cake, and have a small cake for the cake-cutting ceremony. Including special family treats can save you money and introduce your extended family to your favorites! Be sure to let your caterer know how you plan to serve dessert (and remember, Caterers don’t automatically provide cake plates, silverware, and napkins).

  • Bar Service: If you plan to serve alcoholic beverages, you will need to use one of our Exclusive Bar Services. They offer a variety of options to fit your budget.

  • DJ/Band: For ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception entertainment. Apolonia staff will provide your DJ with guidelines to help us remain respectful neighbors to the Anderson residents. This includes time restrictions, speaker placement and volume limits, as well as setup and tear-down schedules.

  • Photographer/Videographer: Book early to secure your preferred professional.

  • Planner: Some couples are great project managers and prefer to do the planning themselves. If this isn’t you, we recommend you at least consult with a professional wedding planner.

  • Day-of Coordinator: A reminder that The Apolonia-On-Main doesn’t provide coordination services. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we recommend hiring a Day-Of Coordinator to oversee logistics and vendor coordination—allowing your family and friends to relax and enjoy the celebration.
