    Plenty of seating, a catering kitchen, and 4 restrooms. For your guests with mobility issues, there is an elevator to the second floor and ADA restrooms on both floors.

The Main Venue - Upstairs

If you're expecting more than 30 guests, we recommend the Main Venue in your rental. It comes with access to tables and chairs (seats up to 120), a catering kitchen, a service bar, and 4 restrooms—everything you need to make your guests comfortable.

Our Warehouse Speakeasy invites your guests into a world of vintage charm and moody elegance. Exposed brick walls, candlelit tables, and plush velvet lounges set the tone for an intimate, Gatsby-inspired hideaway.

The speakeasy offers a warm, inviting space for smaller events (20 or fewer) that call for something memorable. Exposed brick, soft lighting, and vintage character set the tone, while a variety of seating options — including comfortable couches, barstools, and bar-height tables — create the perfect environment for relaxed networking and meaningful conversations.

The Apolonia Lounge

Located on the first floor, The Apolonia Lounge offers an inviting atmosphere with authentic old-Texas charm. Guests will find a beautifully restored Schulenberg bar, original shelving from the historic General Store, and a cozy conversation corner featuring a genuine cowhide bench—perfect for relaxed gatherings or meaningful conversations.

The Apolonia Lounge features ample seating for up to 25 people and a low-key environment, with beautifully arranged seating areas, a catering kitchen, a bar area for snacks, and two ADA-accessible bathrooms. This is a great space for a bridal or baby shower, post-wedding brunch, intimate birthday party, or other smaller celebration.

  • Main Venue - Tables & chairs are included. The tables seat 10 people each with a maximum capacity of 120. Elevator to second floor, four restrooms.

    The Speakeasy - Maximum capacity of 20, with a variety of seating options: couches, cocktail tables, armchairs.

    The Apolonia Lounge - located at the front of the building, the Lounge seats 25. A dining table seats 8, the Norwegian Corner seats up to 10, the Winking Stars seating area seats 4, and there are 6 stools at the bar. Two large restrooms, and a catering kitchen.

  • A member of the Apolonia-On-Main staff will be available throughout your rental to ensure facilities are clean and stocked.
