General Questions

  • Please see the details found here for complete pricing and included items.

  • Because we want to make sure we can reserve a special time just for you, all tours are by appointment only. You can request a tour here.

  • We encourage you to attend a tour before you reserve a date, even if it is over the phone via Zoom, Google Meet, FaceTime, etc. We will be working closely together to make your day one that is full of love, joy, and lasting memories. Communication is the key to making it all happen!

To request a date, please send an email to denise@the-apolonia-on-main with the following information:

    • Your preferred date - please note the first party to email us requesting to begin the contract process for a specific date will be first in line for that date.

    • A backup date, in case your preferred date is not available

    • A request to start the contract process

    We’ll take it from there!

  • The Date Reservation Fee is $1,000 and it is due when you sign and return the signed rental agreement, and proof of event insurance that includes host alcohol coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 with The Apolonia-On-Main listed as Additional Insured.

This will hold your date for you. If you’ve signed the contract, but not yet paid the Date Reservation Fee, we will contact you to give you the opportunity to pay it to save your date. Otherwise, your preferred date can be given to another couple.

  • There is a venue team on-site for the entire time of your event, there to ensure the facilities are clean and to answer general questions.

If you have a wedding planner, we recommend you ask them if their package includes Day-Of services and what they include.

If you are not using a wedding planner, we recommend hiring a Day-Of-Coordinator.

A day-of wedding coordinator ensures your wedding day runs seamlessly by managing the timeline, coordinating with vendors, and handling any unexpected changes. Acting as the point person between you, your vendors, and the venue, they take care of the details—so you can focus on celebrating and being fully present.

  • For an additional $500, you can rent the Warehouse Speakeasy for the entire time of your celebration.

Don’t forget The Warehouse Speakeasy is included in your base venue rental fee for 2 hours before the wedding begins, but will be closed the remaining time of the festivities.

  • The Apolonia Lounge, at the front of the building, is available to rent for an additional $500.

Equipped with several comfortable seating areas, two large restrooms, and an antique bar, there is plenty of room to visit, take pictures, or take care of childrens’ needs like diaper-changes, nursing, or just a quieter environment.

  • Yes! We have a convenient access ramp to our lobby, where there is a mobility elevator up to the main venue.

There is an ADA-accessible restroom in the main venue and another in the Apolonia Lounge on the first floor.

  • The capacity of The Apolonia-On-Main is 120 people including the wedding party.

  • While there are no on-site accommodations, Anderson is fortunate to have relationships with our local AirBnB hosts. There are also several hotels within a 15 minute drive.

More information on these accommodations, including how to get a discount, will be available at your tour.

Catering, Bar Service
& Entertainment

  • Catering options can range from classic plated dinners to more modern approaches like buffets or food stations. The best choice depends on your wedding style, budget, and what you think will be best for your guests.

Because catering plays such a vital role in the guest experience, we recommend using one of our Preferred Caterers who we know and trust to deliver exceptional service.

You may use a different caterer, but they must agree, in writing, to our rules and expectations. Be careful when choosing a caterer; be sure to read their reviews carefully. If you can, talk to someone who used them before.

  • You may use a different caterer, but make sure you check them out carefully. We selected our preferred caterers because we’ve built lasting partnerships with them based on trust, consistency, and shared values.

They not only offer flexible and affordable options, but they show up with integrity—committed to delivering a level of care and service that reflects the importance of your day.

  • While there is not a guest count minimum, the space is most suitable for 60-120 people.

Please check with your choice of caterer for food and beverage minimums before you book with them.

    • Because of the liability we all incur in the case of broken glass, you cannot serve any drinks in glass bottles or glasses (including beer).

    • You are also not allowed to serve “shots”. We find that alcohol over-consumption and your special day don’t mix.

    • If you plan to serve alcohol, you are required to use one of our Exclusive Bar Services. This helps protect you and us from liability.

  • To respect our wonderful neighbors and maintain the peaceful charm of our setting, all amplified music must end by 10:30 p.m. We appreciate your understanding.

We will provide information to your DJ so they understand the guidelines and restrictions regarding amplified music.

  • Of course! Flexibility is built into our design. We have overhead speakers you can connect to via Bluetooth to personalize your music (a great way to work with a smaller budget, especially if you’re great at choosing your own music!).

Just remember the Apolonia-On-Main staff will not be available to monitor your music, so consider assigning that task to a friend or family member.
