Nestled in the corner of the main reception area, enjoy an intimate place to conduct your ceremony. Evening weddings get a stunning view of the illuminated 1890s county courthouse through the windows.
The Reception Room
This elevated industrial space is rich in vintage textures. With room enough to host over 100 guests, the room also holds the main bar, catering kitchen, and a rest room suite.
THE BOOTLEGGER SPEAKEASY
Vintage Good Times
Provide your guests with the whimsical experience of celebrating like it's 1929! This former warehouse has been reimagined as a Speakeasy where bootleggers would have celebrated their successes in a bygone era of daring good times.
Room to Reconnect
Where racks of wine once stood, your guests can now enjoy an upscale, cozy lounge in which to reconnect. Conversation tables and comfortable Chesterfield couches invite lively conversation.
Photo Ready
Give your guests lasting memories to capture with fun, vintage elements like an antique 1930s Ford Model A and original car elevator. A remarkable piece of the building's history, it was once used to transport vehicles and other heavy goods to the upper floor for storage. This unique feature not only showcases a vintage vehicle, but also preserves the industrial charm and legacy of the space.

Once a general store where local townsfolk conversed, now your guests can do the same. With its rich wood tones, timeworn details, and authentic craftsmanship, The Apolonia Lounge offers a warm, storied backdrop for cocktails, conversation, and unforgettable wedding memories.
A Place to Celebrate
Step into a piece of Texas history with the 1800s Schulenburg bar, a striking centerpiece that brings vintage charm and character to the Apolonia Building. This beautifully preserved bar features shelves salvaged from the original general store that once occupied the space in the early 1900s, now serving as the barback.
